DMCA Copyright Policy
Last updated: April 19, 2026
Party Rental Blueprint respects copyright. If you believe content on the Site infringes a copyright you own (or are authorized to enforce), you can send us a notice under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and we'll act on it promptly.
1. How to send a takedown notice
Email a written DMCA notice to info@partyrentalblueprint.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice." Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed full name is fine).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say was infringed (or a representative list, if multiple).
- The exact URL(s) on Party Rental Blueprint where the allegedly infringing material is located, with enough detail that we can find it.
- Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Important: filing a knowingly false DMCA notice can expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f). Don't use this process to silence reviews, comparisons, or fair-use commentary, that's not what it's for.
2. What we do when we receive a valid notice
- We may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content (sometimes before contacting the user who posted it).
- We notify the user who posted the content and forward a copy of your notice (with your contact info) so they can respond.
- We track repeat infringers and may terminate accounts that repeatedly post infringing content.
3. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to the same email address with the subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice." Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), it must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where you live (or, if outside the U.S., the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice (or their agent).
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a court action against you to restrain the use.
4. Designated agent
Designated agent for DMCA notices: Blake Miller, Party Rental Blueprint, Florida, USA. info@partyrentalblueprint.com.
