Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid strategy calls booked through Party Rental Blueprint. Listings, the newsletter, the free startup guide, and all other content on the Site are free, so no refund applies to them.
1. The basics
- Cancel 24+ hours before your call: full refund. No questions asked.
- Cancel inside the 24-hour window: the call fee is non-refundable, because the time has already been blocked off the calendar and other operators couldn't book it.
- No-show (you don't join): non-refundable. If something serious came up, email us, see "exceptions" below.
2. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule once at no charge if you do it 24+ hours before the call.
- Inside 24 hours, rescheduling is at Blake's discretion and may be treated as a no-show.
- We may also need to reschedule on our side (illness, internet outage, family emergency). If we do, you can pick a new time at no charge or get a full refund.
3. How to request a refund or reschedule
Use the cancellation/reschedule link in your booking confirmation email, or email info@partyrentalblueprint.com from the same email address you used to book.
4. How long refunds take
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.
5. Exceptions
Real life happens, medical emergencies, deaths in the family, severe weather, etc. If you contact us in good faith and explain what happened, Blake will usually waive the 24-hour rule and either reschedule or refund. This is at Blake's discretion and isn't a contractual right.
6. Chargebacks
Please email us first before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. Almost every situation can be resolved faster directly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and a permanent block from booking future calls.
7. What the call includes, and doesn't
- Calls are personal consulting drawn from Blake's hands-on experience. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or insurance advice, see the full Disclaimer.
- We don't guarantee any business outcome from a call, and call fees are not refundable based on results.
8. Updates to this policy
If we update this policy, the change applies to bookings made after the new "Last updated" date. The policy in effect when you booked is the policy that applies to your call.
