Manufacturer & Service Provider Agreement

1. Listings are free and unsponsored

Profiles, products, services, deals, FAQs, and guide uploads on the Site are free. We do not charge for placement, ranking, or visibility. We also do not accept payments for favorable coverage. See our Affiliate & Independence Disclosure.

2. Who can list

• You must represent a legitimate business that sells equipment, software, services, insurance, financing, or other offerings to the party rental industry.
• The person creating the account must be authorized to act for the business.
• One profile per business. No duplicate profiles to manipulate rankings.

3. Vendor content rules

• Everything you publish (product descriptions, prices, photos, videos, guides, deals, FAQs, hero/banner media) must be truthful, current, and your own (or you must have permission to use it).
• No misleading claims (made-up safety certifications, unverifiable warranty terms, fabricated reviews, fake "lowest price guaranteed" claims, etc.).
• Deals must be real, currently honored, and have accurate start/end dates and codes. Posting fake deals is grounds for removal.
• Phone numbers, emails, addresses, and websites must be ones you actually monitor.

4. License you grant us

By submitting Vendor content, you grant Party Rental Blueprint a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and promote that content on the Site and in our newsletters, social channels, and marketing, for as long as your profile is active and for a reasonable wind-down period after it is closed.

5. Editorial control stays with us

• We may edit, reformat, decline to publish, or remove Vendor content for accuracy, length, formatting, brand consistency, or compliance with these rules, without notice.
• Independent rankings, "best of" lists, and editorial reviews of your products are written by our team and are not subject to your approval. You don't get to edit, veto, or pull a review by closing your profile.
• Public outbound-click counts and similar aggregate popularity metrics we publish are independent and not yours to control.

6. Reviews, ratings, and operator feedback

• You may not pay, comp, incentivize, or coerce anyone to leave a positive review, rating, or testimonial on the Site.
• You may not post reviews of your own business or use sock-puppet accounts.
• You may respond publicly to a review through the dashboard. Personal attacks on the reviewer are not allowed.

7. Direct relationship with operators

Any sale, contract, quote, shipment, refund, warranty, or dispute between you and an operator is strictly between you and them. Party Rental Blueprint is not a party to that transaction, doesn't broker it, and isn't responsible for its outcome.

8. Honoring published terms

You agree to honor the prices, deals, warranties, return policies, shipping promises, and lead times you publish on your profile. If terms change, update them before the new lead arrives, not after.

9. Compliance

You're responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your business, product safety standards (ASTM, CPSC, state inspection), consumer-protection laws, advertising laws (FTC, state AG), tax, licensing, employment, export, and data-protection laws. You will not use the Site to do anything illegal or to facilitate someone else doing anything illegal.

10. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or remove your profile and content at any time for any reason, including (without limitation): rule violations, fake or deceptive content, repeated complaints from operators, abusive behavior, fraud, or non-response to required updates. We may also decline to onboard a vendor in the first place. We owe no refund or compensation when this happens.

11. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blake Miller, Party Rental Blueprint, and Miller's Jump Time Entertainment Rentals from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your Vendor content, (b) any product or service you sell or deliver to an operator, (c) your violation of this Agreement or any law, or (d) any dispute between you and an operator.

12. No employment, agency, or partnership

Nothing in this Agreement creates an employment, agency, partnership, or franchise relationship. You are an independent business and are solely responsible for your operations.

13. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "AS IS." Our total liability to you under this Agreement is capped per Section 12 of the Terms & Conditions. We are not liable for lost profits, lost leads, lost rankings, or any indirect or consequential damages.

14. Governing law

Florida law and the venue clause in our Terms & Conditions apply.
