1. What the Site is, and what it isn't

The Site is an independent educational resource and directory for the party rental industry. We publish guides, equipment research, manufacturer and service-provider listings, community articles, and we offer optional paid strategy calls.

We are not a party rental company for the purposes of this Site, we do not sell or rent equipment through this Site, and we are not a broker, agent, or fiduciary for any vendor listed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or book a paid call.

3. Accounts

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure.
• One person or business per account. No sharing credentials, no impersonation, no automated account creation.
• We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or (for vendors) our Manufacturer / Service Provider Agreement.
• You can delete your account at any time by emailing info@partyrentalblueprint.com.

4. User content

"User content" means anything you submit to the Site, community posts, articles, comments, profile copy, photos, deals, FAQs, etc.

• You own your user content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it on the Site and in our newsletters and social channels for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.
• You're responsible for what you post. You confirm you own it (or have permission), it doesn't infringe anyone's rights, and it complies with our Community Guidelines.
• We can moderate. We may remove, edit, or refuse any user content at our discretion, especially anything that breaks the rules. Community articles go through editorial review before they are published.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post anything illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence.
• Spam, scrape, mass-message, or use the Site to send unsolicited marketing.
• Impersonate another person, business, or any of our staff (including Blake).
• Try to break, probe, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Site, its security, or its rate limits.
• Use the Site or its data to build a competing directory, scraped dataset, or AI training set without our written permission.
• Pay or accept payment for fake reviews, fake testimonials, or fake endorsements on the Site.

6. Vendor listings

Manufacturer and service-provider listings are subject to our separate Manufacturer / Service Provider Agreement. Listings are independent and unsponsored, see our Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Paid strategy calls

Paid strategy calls booked through /book-a-call are personal consulting services provided by Blake Miller drawing on his hands-on experience as an active party rental operator. Calls are for educational and operational guidance only and do not create a legal, tax, accounting, financial-advisory, or fiduciary relationship. Refunds and rescheduling are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Third-party links and vendors

The Site links to third-party websites, manufacturers, service providers, and tools. We don't control them, we don't guarantee them, and we aren't responsible for what they do, sell, ship, charge, or promise. Any transaction you have with a third party is strictly between you and them.

9. Educational content, not professional advice

Everything on the Site (including the tax hub, pricing guides, LLC vs S-Corp explainers, equipment comparisons, and consulting calls) is educational and informational only. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, insurance, medical, or safety advice. Always consult a licensed professional in your state for advice specific to your situation. 10. Intellectual property

Aside from user content, the Site and everything in it (text, design, graphics, logos, the Party Rental Blueprint name, code) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may share short excerpts with attribution and a link, but you may not republish, scrape, mirror, or use our content in commercial products without written permission.

Copyright complaints are handled under our DMCA Policy.

11. Disclaimers, "AS IS"

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, LISTINGS, AND PAID CALLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE BUSINESS RESULTS, INCOME, BOOKINGS, OR ANY OTHER OUTCOME.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER BLAKE MILLER NOR PARTY RENTAL BLUEPRINT WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blake Miller, Party Rental Blueprint, and Miller's Jump Time Entertainment Rentals, and their officers, employees, and contractors, from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your user content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party right.

14. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to that venue.

15. Informal dispute resolution first

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@partyrentalblueprint.com and try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. If a change is material, we'll notify you (banner, email, or in-app message). Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Termination

You may stop using the Site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, especially for violations of these Terms. Sections that by nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
